      Pros

      Able to go to college full time and work full time. Nice hotel, friendly staff. 2 people always on shift for all shifts, flexible scheduling, holiday pay

      Cons

      There was lack of advancement opportunities. No additional training for staff. Management never around for shift but would have complaints for night staff. Pretty good job though.

      Consistent schedule Run the bar how you want Great guests Management gets what I need Good benefits (if they give you hours to qualify)

      Outdated equipment Outdated pay Somehow still think $15/hr is good pay for cooks Severe staffing issues Low employee morale Toxic trigger happy management Cliquey employees
