Friendly staff, flexible hours, good location, great customer service experience, good networking opportunities

Cons

Lots of job responsibilities without management present-check ins/outs, shuttle runs, room service, handle guest requests, answer phone calls, make reservations, filling in for housekeeping and maintenance.
