      Pros

      Paid for taxi home if I finished after half 11. Which was rare but a nice offer nonetheless

      Cons

      Didn't employ many kitchen porters so if it ever got busy you had to handle it all yourself and managers dont seem very considerate if you are ill or anything like that.
