      Great location , good reputation, many dedicated staff members

      Cons

      General manager micro manages every detail of the operation. No one is allowed to think for themselves. Treats all staff like they are school children and he is the head master, very disrespectful . Plays political games with corporate office that can destroy your career with the company.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
