Pros

Stable and set schedule. Discounted hotel room rates, health benefits, 401 K, and free lunch during shifts.

Cons

It is the busiest during the weekend and there is never a manager around to relieve the stress. When we have a manager on duty, they don't know anything about how the Front Desk works. Management says the employees have to understand that the Front Desk is not their department. What is the point of an MOD if they don't even understand the basics of how each department works? Management claims that all employees are also "empowered" to do whatever they have to do resolve the issue but be aware, if you do they will get mad at you soon after. They will harass you VIA text message and be very rude without hearing you out. We are SO short staffed and have been for over 6 months, now. Every single time we have important events... Nothing is ever done right. Most careless place I have every worked at!
