      Pros

      They are pretty fair with raises and options for growth. The perks are great! Hotel discounts and some free.

      Cons

      They are constantly trying to grow and be the best which is not bad but they often change policy and procedure. So one month they could be drilling into your head do this do this do this and then the next month it somewhat changes. That seems to be the only thing that irritates me about this company.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
