      Pros

      Small, boutique-like hotel, nice co-workers and environment. Not a lot of micro-managing by management.

      Cons

      Not enough supervision to employees not doing their job correctly even when complained about by co-workers, leaving others more work and in a position to keep telling management. Pay not great. Scheduling errors and confusion.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
