      Pros

      I enjoyed the customers but that's all I can say that's nice about the Hilton.

      Cons

      I was never offered Health Insurence they dropped the ball insuring my family was taken care of. The upper management only cared about the numbers and not fixing the true problems. I was let go and they refused to give me my PTO Time because I told them I need my health Insurance.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
