Pros
I was able to gain experience in the IT field. IT was the direction I was going towards and wanted to gain as much knowledge as possible. The fast paced environment helped me learn all the tools needed quickly.
Cons
The management was horrible. There was mistreatment of employees because of favoritism and nepotism. Unfair treatment during the holiday season. Morale was always low, especially when it was time to transition to a new company.
