Pros
Flextime schedules, great work-life balance, and recognition of individual achievements are the best factors about working at Hilton. The work is interesting, and innovation and new ideas are generally considered (if not always approved).
Cons
Lots of confusion in the reorg; new roles are not clearly defined. The culture will most certainly change, and it's uncertain how the organization will look six months from now.
