      Pros

      The corporate team is "all hands on deck." You always get support from other disciplines - people put in the hours necessary to get the job done. There's always someone you can lean on for help.

      Cons

      Senior Directors do not get an office in all disciplines. Some Senior Directors have said "I haven't been in a cube for 10 years!"

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
