      Benefits are amazing, ample PTO, employee discount program that can be shared with family and friends, great 401k match, telecommute ability depending on position held

      Cons

      Thrive - Work/Life balance program does not apply to all. Some management is not on board with the company wide program and still have old school mentality that if they can't eyeball you then you are not working,

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
