staff have no good future with a company don't respect or justify there employees

Due to the long history of HILTON, as the leading hotels and resorts management company around the world and because of its great reputation, We would like to draw your attention to the bad disappointing behavior and works of the company's branch in Egypt with the employees of Hilton Fayrouz and Hilton Dream Resorts Sharm El Sheikh, which will end their management contract by the end of 2017 After all that we have learned from the values and principles of Hilton, we did not expect to treat us, as we do not belong to this company. Even our right of the end of service money from the Hilton, they insistent on collusion and evasion by handed over the end of service money to the owner and not direct to the workers, As ,they claim that they failed to find us any jobs suitable for the experience gained from the Hilton and leave employees Without any end of service money ,leaving them to the mercy of for the owner, all the workers feel frustrated and hurt by the actions of the Hilton management in Egypt, not to mention regretting the years of their life which they have spent in working for HILTON company a name that didn’t show them any kind of support, appreciation and respect for their efforts at a low salaries Compared to salaries and privileges of the local and international franchises. Please, as a competent leader in this company, prove to the employees here and everywhere that: The principles and values of Hilton in justice, equality and belonging were not mere words, but a reality that have to be applied by restoring the rights of the workers here and not to any other party. Thank you

Different services and softwares provided by Hilton are convenient to have access to.

The new PMS system, PEP, is awful. They got rid of F&B Distribution for night audit which means a lot less work for night auditors and way more work for accountants. PEP also doesn’t have the same functionalities as OnQ, the previous PMS. I have not heard any good thing about PEP after all these years. The team member travel discounts aren’t good anymore. They used to be flat rates across three tiers of hotels, but now they are extremely variable and can run very high. On top of that, hotels and resorts still charge team members for parking and service fees, so you still can’t afford to travel on the discount. That is, if you even find the team member rate available. Chances are, you’ll be working for a franchisee, not Hilton itself. They may be one of the world’s best companies to work for, but you probably won’t actually be working for them. California taxes and district fees felt mishandled by corporate.
