      best discounted rooms, located all over the world, pricing is good, app to check-in is now an option, good breakfast

      Cons

      overworked and under appreciated, the Hilton family is no longer associated with the company (the focus is revenue not hospitality), unqualified directors, if its not their idea its not going to happen

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
