      BIRMINGHAM HILTON MET - NON DO NOT WORK HERE THEY SELL A DREAM AND MAKE OUT HR AND CORPORATE CARE ABOUT YOU BUT NOBODY WILL HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT - the staff retention should tell you all you need to know

      Non stop work place bullying, management are known for speaking down on employees in the staff office, will make comments about your weight , appearance and make up non existent issues. DO NOT WORK HERE - you will see management go out to guests and promise the world and LIE then as soon as they walk in the office laugh about the guest and make fun of them, tells us to check in guests into rooms with no windows or OOO rooms just to spite guests

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
