      Pros

      While working in my position I received a tremendous amount of support from above property managers. I found Hilton to live up to the reports of being a top rated company to work for. The many benefits that Hilton offers from online education opportunities to healthcare options are not commonplace in todays employment culture.

      Cons

      As a department leader, I found the Hilton team member recruitment process needing to be improved.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
