Pros

Private medical healthcare as a perk was noice, never had that before and probably won't ever again

Cons

Processes and procedures are 5 years behind every other bank. Most process are lengthy and get more and more time consuming and complicated. Non target driven but very much target driven, back office, business, call centre teams send everything to branch without informing customers branch staff don't have access to systems to deal with their issues increasing branch staff workload. Disgruntled customers will rate you a 0 on a survey for the weather being bad and them losing a card but that 0 will effect your end of year and Management won't even dispute it, training was throwing words at a wall and hoping something stuck, no system practice so would definitely not recommend for new to banking

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
