      I haven't set foot in the office since lock down 1.zero. Amazing!!

      Cons

      Poor pay, HSBC has completely lost its way copying 'the blue bank' with the SVS & VS model. I have had 3 managers in 3 quarters. No one is picking up the pieces, they are only interested in the 'shiny' stuff. DevOps was and is a spectacular failure as is Agile. The senior management churn is unbelievable and they all have their 'yes men'.

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

      Cons

      Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
