Pros
Brand name and the number of years HSBC has stood as a solid bank is a big advantage, the trust clients have on HSBC, client service was very good. compliance and the process to check mis selling was a plus point for the organization.
Cons
too much of in house politics, back stabbing bosses who are constantly looking at opportunities to grab the productive client accounts to be mapped to them. Also on the product side no indepth research on equities and clueless in terms of calls to be taken in asset allocation
