Pros

Good amount of time off Benefits avaiale for part time workers Closed major holidays Generous Tuition policy

Cons

Each branch is different. Some do not have a lot of work/life balance and some do. New hires sometimes make more money than those who have been around awhile. Employees are told no raise but some secretly get them-most do not. Everyone in the branch who is not on the teller line thinks they are in charge of the tellers which makes for a divided workplace. Sales are VERY important. Without them no raises and no advancment.

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
