      Nice Co-workers, competent people Competitive Pay Reasonable Hours, people don't stay late unless it's absolutely necessary Lots of talented staff Many people have worked there for many years

      Hierarchical Structure, too many levels of management, hard to get things approved or done Bureaucratic a bit Cover your Ass (CYA) atmosphere Repetitiveness

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

      Cons

      Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
