Pros

I worked with the organization for around 1 year, primarily on a stakeholder-facing project in the banking domain. One of the major challenges I faced was a lack of clear communication from the onsite team. Instructions and expectations were often not well-articulated, which made it difficult to fully understand requirements and deliver effectively. Additionally, I did not have prior experience in the banking domain, yet there was an expectation to quickly adapt without structured knowledge transfer (KT) or proper guidance. Despite not receiving sufficient KT, I was later expected to provide knowledge transfer to others, which felt inconsistent. There were also instances of unclear functional understanding within the team, leading to situations where expectations were high but guidance was minimal. This created confusion and added pressure unnecessarily. Overall, I felt that the work environment could have been more supportive, with better communication, proper onboarding, and fair treatment of team members. Pros: Opportunity to work on real-time client projects

Cons

Lack of clear communication Insufficient knowledge transfer Unclear expectations Unfair treatment in certain situations

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
