Pros

Educational assistance and obtaining liscenses. PTO is okay, if you ever get to use it. Great opportunity to train new employees with the high turnover.

Cons

After rounds of layoffs, Ayco's management team has failed to recognize how thinly spread they are leaving their unappreciated workers. It seems that every team is barely keeping it together. After years of going above and beyond without a significant pay increase, management will award you with a promotion that comes with a pay cut, literally. They are known for their pay cut when you go from hourly to salary.

Pros

The firm encourages and supports to change teams, which is helpful in expanding experience or moving away if you aren't happy with your team

Cons

The promotion has become very opaque lately. They hardly give out promotions, but make you slog and overwork the whole year in the name of it. Basically, you have worked 200% and made to look like a fool by the end of the year.
