Pros

In general it is a good company to work for; you're compensated fairly, great mobility programs (you can move to different teams after certain period of time at current position), great benefit packages (health and dental insurance, 401k matches, floating holidays and sick leaves, on-site gym (you don't need to bring anything as the gym provides all you need), excellent online training, and, of course, discretional bonus.

Cons

A lot of required trainings from time to time, and there are resitrictions on investment due to the nature of the jobs in financial sectors. The work can be intense there, depending on what you do. If you want to excel, you'd need to be more creative. It's not enough to just finish your projects.
