      Kind & smart colleagues, very international opportunities.

      Cons

      Compensation is stuck in past. Management is busy playing politics and building cliques. Siloed organization and generally not a culture of going out of way to help others. ROI and business cases needed for all decisions involving business spend, no matter the size.

      The people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Started as a 6-day work week. Ended as a 60-hour work week. Zero time for your own life. Management expected you to work to live. Not live to work. Too much workload for one person to equal a 40 hour work week.
