Cons
Beware of the few bad apples at all levels that don’t want to be here but see the benefit of being more valued with more rights or being equally valued as the high performers. Support is Null, HR only gets involved when something illegal happens or when they want to stand up for the bad apples. Support is bad for Engineering has no accountability to use the schooling and skills that should be part of being an engineer. Zero work standards, what rev of the procedure is being used the answer is none because the engineer can make verbal changes at any time without having any written changes to how parts are made and experimenting on customer product instead of R and D. The only standard is the customer requirements there are not any internal processes, everyone does it the way they want and this causes everyone to blame each other instead of using the lean six sigma system where you change the process not the person. Everyone has the option to do what they like what technique the want to do at the time. There are allot of people that prevent you from being able to do your job. The struggle is a fight to have others see that you are of value and just as important as the few individuals that they know outside of work. The struggle is to demand Respect from co-workers and employees that work for you.
