Pros

The company is great with great science, people, and benefits.

Cons

The diversity has changed after George Floyd, where Diversity and Inclusion head and department was created. Originally, I listen, and attended several guest speakers. They focused on White Supremacy and Privilege, and the head of D&I and HR were passionate. Eventually, I had to listen how bad white people during D&I moments, and racial jokes directed or listen to in the work place. The environment become so toxic *racism), I decided to leave, since I was not able to get my work done. BTW - I did not pursue HR route, since Roche CEO stated, if you do not like D&I effort, leave.

Pros

The work is meaningful and overall the company vision aligns with my goals

Cons

QA management has become inept. None of the leadership (aside from maybe one or two) truly understand the nuances of our site and jobs. They refuse to pay you more due to "budget" reasons but won't provide much information, they claim to be transparent but will make decisions behind your back and not communicate them, even if they impact you and/or your job. Leadership doesn't listen to feedback and gets defensive if you even try to give any. It honestly has become a game of politics only in QA and that's not really building any real quality culture.
