      Forgiving work culture. People are very nice. Great place for a new grad to start working.

      Cons

      You start to think twice about a company when their corporate leaders tell all their employees to promote specifically females up the latter. So much for Equal Opportunity.

      Great salary and team! The interview process was smooth and effective.

      To be determined, but so far many alignment meetings. Some folks have frustuations around the re-org and strategy changes.
