Pros
Great place to learn, and higher up positions have great benefits. The people are passionate and very talented. You help make medicine for those that need it.
Cons
Due to Roche management the business has been moving from innovating and making drugs for patients towards making money. The focus is now on short term profits and metrics over long term stability and actual results.

Thanks for leaving us a review. When we founded the biotechnology industry in 1976, we were focused on helping transform the lives of patients’. Since we merged with Roche in 2009, our mission remains the same as we continue to do now what patients need next. Thank you again for writing a review!
The work is meaningful and overall the company vision aligns with my goals
Cons
QA management has become inept. None of the leadership (aside from maybe one or two) truly understand the nuances of our site and jobs. They refuse to pay you more due to "budget" reasons but won't provide much information, they claim to be transparent but will make decisions behind your back and not communicate them, even if they impact you and/or your job. Leadership doesn't listen to feedback and gets defensive if you even try to give any. It honestly has become a game of politics only in QA and that's not really building any real quality culture.
