They have a good benefits package and they pay pretty well. Access to lots of learning and career development resources.
Cons
The culture in this company is to under staff almost every department and expect the same amount of results as if it were fully staffed. Even with that staffing level choice, management constantly blames their employees for when things don't go according to plan instead of trying to figure out why it went wrong and trying to fix it.
