Pros
Good salary, 7% 401k, insurance, etc. Remote work is embraced, and the company offers room for advancement. If you do your job well, they treat you well. If you run into an issue, someone in another business has likely seen that too, and can offer help. There are so many smart people working at GE.
Cons
Leadership program graduates get preference, stock price is faltering, who knows who will be the CEO in the future. Businesses getting sold can lead to turmoil.
