-Low respect from management to their people. Lots of bureaucracy, politics and nonsense -Terrible performance evaluation system. It's a relationship-to-your-manager evaluation system, not technical performance evaluation system. -Engineers and researchers have to fight/stable each other for work. Research lab managers are not doing their jobs to find work/project for their people, but whipping them to find work themselves. If people could not find enough work to cover their time, they get low evaluation and suggest to leave.
