      Pros

      It is a large, well known company, if that is important to you. Their benefits are good, but they are on the expensive side for employees. Their management conforms to the GE Mold or they are quickly replaced. If you like the mold, it could be the place for you.

      Cons

      It is not a healthy work environment. Employees there work in continual fear of when the axe is going to fall and they will be terminated with out any forewarning or clear explanation.

      Challenging work environment with flexible schedule.

      Very internal focused with politics just as important as performance.
