Mostly the same as a giant corporation - Operations Associate Fullscript Employee Review

Pros

Remote, no unnecessary meetings, helpful company meetings, paid events in person if you live around a hub. employee discounts and family & friends discounts.

Cons

You are mostly just a number as a CS or Ops Agent, and it's difficult to grow or be noticed. Pay is far below the average for similar roles in other companies. HR is great, but policies are "by the book" and there is essentially no room for 1:1 discussion or consideration for personal circumstances (e.g. PTO is "flex" yet it is capped at 3 weeks for most, 4 weeks max, which is not flex, but rather, seemingly a way for most companies to get around having to pay out unused PTO) overall not a bad culture or a bad place to work, but if you are looking for the startup-y culture it appears to be, it will not be here.

Pros

Mostly good people Fair compensation Unlimited PTO that’s usable Market ownership

Cons

Politically charged and rampant Cronyism Identity crisis simple e-commerce vs ai innovation.. simply stated they are chasing rainbows and ignoring the basics Nepotism is normalized. Opportunities are given to the same anointed groups . Completely a make believe culture that very few actually experience Openly pro Ottawa but also anti US in action … slash and cut former Emerson staff through RIFs while actively recruiting for positions as Canada only based Formally trustworthy but far from it now They have clearly over rotated on AI with no real wins. Bloated engineering (very) . It grows seemingly to justify management layers vs actual need . Equity is hard to get post initial package
