Pros
you can gain deep networking experience, Stocks.. I can't find find any other con, it was definitely a bad working experience.
Cons
Huge workload - awful micromanagement from Team leaders that were changing the rules depending how did they woke up in the morning. -Completely sick environment with managers and leaders trying to promote and relief from workload only the persons that they like. -Not sufficient training for the depth of the knowledge that was required. -Leaders were assigning tickets outside of engineer's skillset as a revenge because they didn't like them. -Management was offending Employees with racist Jokes and ironic comments. -Management was acting like a closed organization by promoting or giving increases on salaries or even more forcing Engineers to quit.
