Feature creep, inverse of the capabilities is there are a million ways you can do something and new features are added constantly, keeping up can be challenging Lack of documentation for features, though this has improved it's still not where it needs to be Fortinet is a "cheap" company. Salaries are usually a bit lower on average and expect your expense reports to be gone over with a fine tooth comb
