Pros
Some very nice, genuine people in spots but they're horribly outnumbered by a very bureaucratic, slow moving organization that lacks a sense of purpose and acts with little to no urgency
Cons
Very poorly organized sales teams, no clear direction with very poor and inconsistent communication from the top of the sales ranks. Sales culture is very poor and everyone works in fear and in silos. Resources are scattered with very poor alignment. Again, terrible communication from the top. Very few people get merit increases and RSU's. Too many people not really working hard and there is such poor accountability, nobody even notices this as a problem.
