      Pros

      Many learning and growth opportunities for each individual and I am having an amazing time working with Fortinet. Work culture is at par with any other Company. - Flexible work timings - Good perks - Able to learn Latest technologies - Great colleagues and can learn lot of things from peers - Open environment - Good HR team and prompt response in case of emergencies If you are a sports enthusiast you will have different leagues to participate - Football, Badminton and other sports as well.

      Leadership can be a bit confused sometimes, but they're really focused on your professional development Merit is well recognized

      Pros

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Cons

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
