      Pros

      To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are an employee rather it feels like a family. It a good place to work and gain knowledge. The management is doing a fine job of keeping a company both focused and flexible.The company purely believes in "LEAD BY EXAMPLE" policy.Raise your chin high and you can proudly say that your an employee of "FORTINET".Kudos to the team and FORTINET.

      Leadership can be a bit confused sometimes, but they're really focused on your professional development Merit is well recognized

      Pros

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Cons

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
