Great product, poor management - Anonymous employee Fortinet Employee Review

Management is poor. Lack of flexible working. Constant micro management along with invasive and inappropriate behaviour from the management's side completely ruins the working environment. There is also a lack of overhead vision and cooperation between different departments that makes the company loose out over time. Ticking boxes in each department seems more important than the bigger picture.
