Case study of a management style of a cheep call centre, dictatorship and micro management. BDR managemen is full of lies and manipulation. Unhealthy atmosphere because of the management, it’s actually so bad that HR keeps constantly receiving complaints coming from the agents. Management would interfere in your private life. I won’t be surprised if it comes to the point when the whole team won’t turn up one day. Management has a bad history with a previous employment too. If you can work like a robot in a call centre and switch yourself form a low IQ of your management, it’s the place to be. Shame, as the company in a whole is a good place to be.
