      Pros

      - Great environment to work in. - Personally I am happy to have a manager who really takes care of the team. And the fact that he is technically strong just gives me one more reason to look up to him. - Lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Not really a con but It can get pretty high pressure at times. And yes...it may vary from team to team so...
