      first, Easy parking second, located in burnaby which is way easier to commute by driving that is all. Hard to find 20 words for pros really

      no much teamwork small cubes in wore-out office very inflexible working hours - could use up vacation for occasional early leave or doctor appointment.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management
