      Sales team is very helpful Company is growing steadily Products are good Vision is on point for the technology

      Cons

      Executive level is disconnected from everyday problems Worse than expected pay increases, almost impossible to get a good raise, forget anything bigger than 6% Stock and Salary in Canada is a joke compared to US, but guess it's kinda like this across the board for US vs Canada companies
