Pros
Few years back , it was on of the best employer and had great benefits including work life balance and much employee oriented..
Cons
Now last years becomes toxic environment as few particular set of people created biased environment.. promotions and move to other position is very difficult for senior managers and leaders .. no job security and no learning opportunities, even if you are good at technology, not consider for tech roles .. full of non technical people are in the top taking wrong decisions and start destroying the environment
