They're fairly generous: day one benefits and PTO, etc.
Cons
The current executive team is hooked on annual layoffs. In my department, they hired a bunch of us to reduce overtime required to keep up with the workload. Within six months, we did that. Then, come September, most or all of the contractors hired in the last six months were laid off. Layoffs are happening elsewhere as well, it's not just my department. The executive team are chasing short term profits via regular layoffs rather than long term longevity. Overtime will return, and they'll be right back in the same boat almost immediately.
