Thank you for your review. Recently, FSA was awarded Best Work-Life Balance as rated by our employees on Comparably, and we're glad to see you benefited from that, as well. While our pay is set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor, we do increase pay for employees whenever possible and offer bonuses based on performance.
