      Pros

      The pro is that the pay was pretty good in the beginning and we had reasonable cost of living wages. (That was before inflation hikes though)

      Cons

      The cons depend on what office you are working at. I experienced little to no support most of my time working for FSA. FSA is honestly glorified HR that does very little in helping your day to day job and your career as a whole.

Keeping up with inflation can be challenging for everyone, but whenever it is possible for us to increase pay rates for employees, we do.       Not much communication. Deal mostly with customer
