8yThank you for your comments above - we are happy to see that you would recommend FSA, and that you have a positive outlook towards the company. We are not sure what you mean by a minimum mandatory use of leave - and would like more information. We encourage you to reach out to Human Resources directly to discuss. As with most government contractors, FSA does have legal and contractual requirements which we must adhere to. And yes, unlike some companies, FSA offers several types of leave options for our employees to take advantage of.
