Pros
Great people in the rank and file, technical job and ok pay. Work from home opportunities for some, along with some liberal timeoff policies for some.
Cons
Politics and flying under the radar is only way to survive, lots of good old boys versus managers that can stand on their own. You learn how and when to state things (and to whom) instead of concentrating on getting stuff done. Some people ultra busy, others seem like they have checked out. Bad morale, a few always get choice projects and the rest get the scraps. No training except web based, health benefits are bad. Very dysfunctional teams, no team spirit.
